When I was remotely searching for a scoot in Florida a couple years back, I found a few dealers who sold Znen & a couple other chinese brands.
For the most part they were pretty straight-forward on 'em that they were cheaper up front but the plastics weren't as good and they'd be more prone to needing repair vs. they SYMs or Kym's they also sold.
They also offered full service on 'em and parts for those who didn't do their own wrenching.
There's an outfit around here (Tacomaish) selling Chinese scoots the same way. They are what they are and at the price point can be OK as long as ya keep on top of 'em. Preferably if you know enough to at least understand what's broken even if you farm out the repair.
I see a lot of people commuting to work on them in the StPete Beach in Florida.
I always check out the mileage when I spot any mid sized scooter while in Fla. - these average 8000 to 12000 miles when I check them. The little ones much less.
These scooters were not sold around this part of Ohio....Kymco was the only nonJapanese scooter I found at a dealership.. ..otherwise I might be riding a pretty step through Znen now.
