Mongoose 70 top speed and spaced removal

Hi I'm Nick, I'm new to this forum. I'm trying to figure out what this spacer looks like and if anyone would know the top speed with all the limiters removed. Thanks guys for the help

Hey here is a link to a similar quad with the modification. On a Kymco it is just a spacer on the bushing that needs to be removed.
