Fun with the Intern

Was in for my annual visit to my GP yesterday.
He had a young female Intern with him.
"How you do'in?"
"I wouldn't mind losing a little weight."
"Why's that?"
"It'd improve my performance on little Piaggio."
He chuckled - then we both noticed the young lady looking really uncomfortable.
" 'Little Piaggio' is his scooter", he explained.
