Do you guys clean off the O2 sensor leading to the exhaust header pipe? If so how do you clean the carbon off if any?

I have a motorcycle that's 14 years old, has over 70000 miles, never touched the O2 sensor.
Why do you want to clean it?

Never, ever cleaned it.

On a previous bike I did remove it, just to copper grease the threads and put it back in again. But I never cleaned one...

I have snapped one off once when I needed to change the exhaust, and that's why I always take them out and grease the threads, if it's moving.
