So I removed the stock carb and put on a mikuni 32 vm carb so I could remove the lid to my daughter’s air box, and I am happy with the results. Has anybody done this also and what jetting are you running?

Did you ever figure out the jetting for the vm32 carb? I've put a HMF full competition exhaust and aluminum airbox with trx250r K&N airfilter so I'm flowing alot more air. Been rejetting the CVK32 carb and been having some luck but not completely solved yet. The throttle response is just not what I would like it to be.

Hi . I have a mxu250 ( basically the same engine ) . I have removed the small 22mm Keihin standard carb and fitted a 30mm copy. Also fitted a foam high flow airfilter and opened up airbox. 122 size main jet and needle one groove richer works well
