Hard to say, there isn't much room  between the headlight socket and the rubber cap for that large heatsink.

On my 300 the spot of lite is in the wrong place for the shape of the reflector, and you would have to leave the rubber cap off./,you have to find a LED with the LED in the same spot as the incandecant lite,filiment

Hi,

But this other brand below is the recommended replacement for DT350i so i think Hikari Led is almost same size.
