Kinda depends on the model of bike & what bulbs it'll take I suspect.

Did you have something specific in mind?

Can you get the burned out bulb into your hand, then ebay.com a few which match?
If you are replacing a standard incandescent bulb, get the number off of it and go to web sellers of LEDs in the USA. They sell by base/mounting photos....to insure the bulb will fit your application.
I do not think there are scooter/specific bulbs, just bulbs for autos/bikes/scooters etc.
If you're speaking of a unique 400i light fixture. .....you'll need to source that from a Kymco supply house.....IF it can be sold separately? Maybe not.

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

Stig has the answer but be careful about the LED you buy. I bought one from ebay for a dollar that worked but the brake light filament was barely brighter than the tail light filament. The low price should have warned me...and that it came from China.

A buddy had an  "extra bright" LED that did the trick. They were $25/pair from a local auto parts store. As I recall, that LED bulb replaced the ubiquitous 1157 dual filament brake/tail light bulb.
