You said you put material in the hole. Does that mean you put a piece of rag in the carb inlet? this will choke the engine and it will be flooded, in turn will not start.

No better luck this time.. it doesn't start with the regular fuel filter either. The vac line is connected where it should be. even more starting fluid... Should i get rid of it or should i go further?

  Ha! there a great little bike if you can get it up and running. All give you $70 for it if you will deliver it  ;D
