Throttle Assist for the Downtown

I'm getting ready for a long distant ride from Philadelphia to Nova Scotia, Canada. Does any one use a throttle assist, and if so what's a good brand that will fit on the DT's throttle?

Since Kymco uses grip/throttle barrel made as one piece and then plastic shroud on handle bars----cheap/simple such as NEP will not work. Maybe only chance is maybe Throttle Mister or others that work on end of grip.
I ride a lot--new XTown 2019 ABS has 7500 miles----I have Go Cruise....took it off as there is really no need. Ride a lot and you are in shape.

We have the cheapo slip-on plastic "paddles" on ours work surprisingly well. The heel of your hand holds the throttle while your fingers wake up!

Ok I know this is a safety no no but.....
When I had the DT300 I had cruise control, the paddle and an o-ring just big enough to fit between the throttle and the bars. Holds the throttle open but can still twist it shut.
I hate to admit it I used it on the highway a few times.
