..first pic shows my variator in good condition..

..second pic shows a lot of damage, that i attribute to running with three 9gram rollers...

..don't do it!
..every mod (action) necessitates a (reaction) mod..

VERY BAD IDEA.

Btw. my Agility has 14g rollers.

At 12.000 kms I put in 3x14g and 3x11 g rollers.

Yesterday, the rollers are changed because there was a big shudder and "delay" and vibrations.
The scoot has 19.000 kms.

Heavier rollers were completely torn while lighter ones were in good condition.

I have put again 3 lighter and 3 heavier, because I had them from the first pair of sets... but I do not think that mixing or chaning is a good idea, especially not three rollers instead of 6.

Good case in point.
ZX50, 47mm cyl. kit, TZR50 CDI. Michelin Pilot Sport tyres,
Next performance mod; pumping the tyres up.

axy...

seems like a heavy weight to go with in the a50...

what mods are you running/what speeds are you getting?

I think I have too many hills to go that big!

woops!  yeah, makes sense now.

5 grams may be good...

I'm running 5.5 all around, might go back to a mix of 5.5 and 6.

..it's not good to mix roller weight sizes for anything other than dialing in your variator...
