2008 Venox 250 Idling problem

I have a 2008 Venox 250 with only 950 Klm (yes nine hundred and 50 clicks).  It's been stored and I left bad gas in her.   
Removed the Carbs and cleaned all jets, orifices etc, etc three times. Fresh gas. Tested vac fuel valve all good.   

She will only run on full choke.  When choke is closed she stalls. Turning in air screws make no difference. Ran her around the block a couple of times with choke off and bike runs ok.  Will not idle, even with idle adjust knob turn in full. Screws are backed out to 2 turns.
 
I have the service manual, unfortunately it's not much use, in my case.  Does not even have a hose routing diagram, and the one under the seat is not as fitted.

My assumptions;
Only idles with choke on is an indication to much idle air. Turning in screws makes no difference.
Or I have an air leak.  If anyone can provide a detailed emissions control hose diagram would be extremely helpful, or if anyone has experienced the same problem kindly let me know.

Yeah the manual is kind of useless .  I had the exact same problem two months ago.  This helped me out.  Turned out a loose hose was turned downwards with the puke tubes.

The pictures of the hoses was very informative, unfortunately all my hose connection are as per the pics.  Bike still not idling  without choke.

Thanks for the prompt and very useful info though.  Any other ideas would be most welcome. Can't find any external air leaks.

I have a 2007 kymco venox with 21000km on it.  I had a similar issue when I left fuel in for the winter as well.  I ended up getting lots of debris in the tank and had to reseal the tank and also take the carbs completely apart and clean them  I took them apart and then let them sit in solution for 3 days then cleaned them even more by hand as I put them back together.  If you go this route be very carful with the float bowl they are very touchy and getting them to sit at the right level was a pain in the butt.  Bike runs great now again.  good luck.
