Never go by the info on the side of the tires. It IS NOT model specific! The owners manual for the Yager gives the recommended pressure for both 1 or 2 up. Those are the correct psi levels.
You can go higher on the psi for greater fuel economy, but for a 2 wheeled vehicle it will affect the traction and contact patch. The scoot will stick to the road best with the owners manual recommended pressures.
