« on: September 04, 2019, 01:51:10 AM »
Hello everyone, i have a 2015 like200i and it has work like a charm, but i let it rest for a few mont and now with a fully charge battery, when i put the key on the on position... Nothing works, not the headlight, horn, taillight...ext not even the dash. I test most of the thing with a volt tester and everything has power.... I need help before i gave up and take it to the shop so the can charge me pretty well for maybe something easy. Any tough???

I'd start with the fuses in the battery box.
Swap them out with new ones unless certain they're not tripped.. Pack of fuses is cheap.

Clean and retighten battery posts.
Still no lights at all?
Try known good battery. If connecting to a car battery, car MUST NOT BE RUNNING!
Report back.

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

Yes, the battery box fuses are a good idea. Looks like you may have blown one or two fuses while you were attempting to load the battery.
Cheers,

I did check and replace the 2 fuses on the battery, compartment, the battery is in good condition because i bought like like 4 months ago. I'll guess i have no other option but to take it to the experts even though it's sound like a simple solution. Thanks for the responde and tips. If anyone else wanna throw another idea.... Is more than welcome.

Where did you ground the Volt meter's earth terminal during the tests - on the batteries' earth terminal, or somewhere on the chassis ?

If the earth terminal has been grounded to the negative (-) terminal on the battery you might have a poor ground connection somewhere.
Life is a journey. Just spend some time, and enjoy the trip.

I checked my copy of the service manual. Under troubleshooting for the charging system and battery:

Symptom: No Power

Potential Cause: Dead battery
Potential Cause: Disconnected battery cable
Potential Cause: Fuse burned out
Potential Cause: Faulty ignition switch

Here is a page of notes on the IGNITION SYSTEM

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
• It is not necessary to check the MF battery electrolyte or fill with distilled water.
• Check the load of the whole charging system.
• Some electrical components may be damaged if terminals or connectors are connected or disconnected while the ignition switch is “ON” and current is present.
• Do not quick charge the battery. Quick charging should only be done in an emergency.
• When servicing the ignition system, always follow the steps in the Troubleshooting section below.
• Remove the battery from the motorcycle for charging.
• The ignition timing cannot be adjusted as it is preset at the factory.
• When replacing the battery, do not use a traditional battery.
• The ignition control module maybe damaged if dropped or the connector is disconnected when the key is “ON”, the excessive voltage may damage the ignition control module. Always turn off the ignition switch before servicing.

Chart.
• A weak battery may be unable to turn the starter motor quickly enough, or supply adequate ignition current.
• A faulty ignition system is often related to poor connections. Check those connections before proceeding.
• If the current is kept flowing through the starter motor to turn it while the engine is not cranking over, the starter motor may be damaged.
• Make sure the battery is adequately charged. Using the starter motor with weak battery results in a slower engine cranking speed as well as no spark at the spark plug.
