With some concern - I purchased an Oxford Rain Seal
Over-Jacket in hi viz yellow from RevZilla.
I am not a small guy.
I wear a 5XL/Tall armored leather ICON riding jacket - and was worried that this new Oxford was truly an 'over-jacket', as described.

I am quite happy with the fit and construction of this bright jacket. I goes right over my ICON jacket perfectly.
I'll be wearing it for wind protection, more than rain, on cold winter mornings.
This morning I learned that my new HeatTech Ultra thermal turtleneck undershirt is quite warm on a 33°F degree ride, and hoping the combination with the Oxford jacket will let me shed some layers and see better in my Piaggio's mirrors.
