Speedometer
« on: August 07, 2019, 10:34:48 AM »
Hi! My 250`s speedometer shows way to litte speed. When I`m going in about 80km the meter shows less than 40!
Is it the sensor on the front wheel?

Not sure, but could it inadvertently be set for mph instead of kph? I'm not sure about that particular model. But some speedometers can be set for both.

Finally found a parts diagram that list a tone wheel and sensor for your Xciting 250! Pretty sophisticated machine! Check the sensor position in regards to the tone wheel. The sensor needs to be parallel to the tone wheel and very close like .020". That parts list was for a 2009 and it had ABS!
