If it is only scratches, all it needs is a light sanding to smooth the scratches and then a paint designed for polymers. The problem will be finding a match. A simple cheap route is to buy a variety color pack of permanent markers and color in the scratches with one that is similar in color. It wont be perfect but will be less noticeable than white.

Other option is to leave it for the memory.

Hope some of this helps.

Maybe better to replace all the plastic how hard it is?

Replacing plastic is fairly straight forward but won't be cheap. It may be difficult to find the right year model panels. Over time the plastic will get abraded from grit and other debris thrown from the road. I had cracked plastic from a deer strike and zip-tie stitched it saving over 300 in plastic replacement. A month later the same panels were badly scratched from rock spilled from a truck. In general I would marker the scuffs and only replace it if the panels are cracked/broken.

It is totally up to you.

Like TBR125 wrote, scooter plastic panels are usually quite expensive, and people here usually get them fixed even if they are broken.
The damage on your plastic doesn't look that bad, but it still won't be a cheap and quick fix if you want it looking like new again.

Damage is slight.  As TBR says, either wear it as a badge of honour (!) or touch up to remove the white and polish.  Guarantee any big spend on new panel will be quickly followed by another low speed spill damaging the self same new panel :(  Here we call it Sod's Law.

TBR has covered the type of paint Yoni, but you'll need to try for a close colour match.  I'm no expert, but once painted maybe use a T-Cut type polish before final polish with a good quality auto polish to blend it in with the surrounding area?

If you have a sample of your scoot color 3/4 inch minimum, Lowes or Home Depot can scan it to quantify the exact color code. I don't think you want to take a paint sample from your bike though. An auto shop might have more color options than the polymer fusion spray-can rack at a hardware store. I mainly do original painting not repair matching.

I think he said he is in Israel.
Still, they can probably paint match there, too.

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.
