2016 Kymco K-Pipe 125
« on: July 11, 2020, 07:22:02 PM »
Hi Everyone

I recently got a K-Pipe 125 here in California and I'm having trouble finding the appropriate fork seal for the bike.

Is it a generic fork seal?  What few sites I've seen don't seem to have the seal available, even in the exploded diagrams.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Maybe the better question is "does anyone know the oil seal specs for the front suspension forks for the 2016 Kymco K-pipe 125cc?"

Do you have a Kymco dealer nearby?  He can look up the part you need . I'm going through something similar with a leaking fork seal on a Lambretta uno.  Dealer will just use a generic seal when he gets it apart and can use calipers to measure the correct size.

Unfortunately, Kymco USA (and Kymco Taiwan) do not show an exploded view for the fork, no fork seal listed. Although, I do have a call in to them and expect a call back to ask if they have a list. I also checked my aftermarket supplier, they don't list the application. Best you can do is pop the seals out and measure them up, take those measurements to any dealer or accessory shop and have them look up by size.

You mean the dealer doesn't have a part number for fork seals?

I am a dealer and they do not list the fork seals. They show the complete fork only. I know, it unusual and it sucks.
