On a 35mph blvd just now.....kid laying on his tank - winding his bike at full throttle passed me doing maybe 70+mph. He had to be in at least 3rd gear - he was just a loud, T-shirt flapping blurr when he went by looking through his gauges.
WHY isn't there ever a cop around?!
Impound that kid's bike and take his license before he kills himself.
