I have that in place of the stock windshield and love it. Better coverage for the body and hands. I know some of said that the top of it hits where their eyes are though. I am able to either look over it or just below and it doesn't bother me.

Thanks for reply on windshield----after over 400,000 miles and 11 new maxi scooters since 1990, I about have given up on the maxiscooter windshshield problem which in simple terms is: Your nose is too far from tip of shield!  best of my maxi scooters =2 Honda SilverWings with Givi adjustable shield.   My base line for comfort going down the road--BMW 500 twin with HEINRICH uppers and lowers---worked well in good and bad weather, also vespa 2 stroke with right shield had your nose close to tip of shield.   Today, spend money on new stuff and it just does not work right.   My'66 HD with sidecar, winter windshield kit and tin legshields also provided calm air about the head----but so big, caused big back draft, sucking dirt and mud on your back in bad weather.   Puig touring screen cut 4 inches and added (bolted on) Laminar Lip a little high for my taste on back roads.

Right now have stock screen on my XTown with Laminar Lip mounted so it is a little less than an inch from tip of screen.    Maybe simple solution=buy a better helmet, use different eye protection.....or.  buy another motorcycle (with centerstand) where I can control space to windshield tip.   My last new motorcycle Honda CB300F, where I combined 2 Puig screens and had perfect air control with 3/4 helmet with long bill.  Rode that bike to James Bay Quebec and Hyder AK---sold it as I was tired of no centerstand!

I have it on a Downtown 300 and like it.  Some in this forum have even seen it.  I am 6'  and ride with cushion.. I can see over it properly. I still had to attach a laminar lip to get the air up a little higher as I dont want any air over the bits and pieces of the vents to create noise. I could ride with my face shield up and not be buffeted at all. Nonetheless, it would have been better if the windshield alone could have accomplished it.

Thanks for reply on windshield-----I just got new Helmet GMax OF-17, with face shield down with stock shield with Laminar Lip, fresh foam ear plugs ride going down highway can be quite calm....but stock shield kinda narrow for winter use----My Puig Touring screen is much wider at top---face shield down, quite comfortable going down highway, some air protection on shoulders for winter, limited hand protection.    Think I am done buying windshields for XTown 300i or any other maxi scooters....enough money spent over 30 year period.

Givi shield=too high for me/requiring cut to be able to see over in all conditions.  Whole Problem is:  your nose is too far from tip of shield in seated riding position, period!!  I cannot ride looking thru shield....think rain/snow/fog/glare of headlights from on coming traffic !   Think I will save my money on this one.
