Agility Fuel Injection Speed increase help.

Hello.

I am sorry if this question has been posted before.
I have a Kymco Agility Delivery 50, Fuel Injection, 2020 build year.

My question is: I would like to try increase the top speed over 49kph to ideally around 55kph. I have done this usual stuff such as put in lighter rollers, boss and clutch spring. i still cant get it past 49kph. Even down hill it will not pass 50kph  i am guessing it is locked to the ECU, however i have not much experience with Fuel Injected scooters, but i have no problems with carb scooters.

Do i need to mess with the ECU computer or put in a new one ?

Does anyone know if this is the problem or am i missing something different ?

On mine scooter 50cc kymco agility city i had restrictions on the cdi.You can derestrict the cdi by cutting the purple wire (there is two purple wires either one of them will derestrict it), and you can buy derestricted cdi for around 40$.I dont have much experience with fuel injected scooter, but kymco fuel injection system is pretty reliable.
