Hello, glad to find this forum. Purchased a 2021 MXU 150 for my son today. Dealer said they removed the speed limiter from the clutch. However, I rode it and only hit 25. I will try again and see what speed I can hit but sales person said it would hit 40 with the limiter removed. Anyone provide feedback on this.
Also, I removed the oil dipstick and the threads were messed up. After some work with a razor blade and sandpaper, I was able to fix the threads and get it to seat fully. Where should I look for parts? We have 2 TaoTao wheelers so I am familiar with working on these things and replacing parts. I am super impressed with the quality of the Kymco. Thanks!
