Thanks all for the input!

This is good to know.  I figure I'll go with the 5's and see how that goes.  If I'm not happy with it, I can mix the 5's and 6's and see if that works for me.  If so, then I'll go for the 5.5 gm ones.

I probably won't be able to get to it until next weekend at the earliest, but I'll let you know how it goes.

..i ran 5.5s with a 1000 contra (torque drive) spring setup for over 10,000 kms and loved them...

......except for the slightly sluggish take-off...

..5 grams would have fixed that...

Then I'll go with 5's for sure.  I need the good take-off since I have so many stop signs along the way.

Gotta be able to leave some of those Viper Strykes on stop line.

So you don't think dropping 1.5 gm per roller is too drastic a change?

Been reading some conflicting things about how much you should change the weights - especially if the scoot is still mostly stock.

I did see some kits like that in my internet travels.  Might have to invest in one.

..might only run 40 mph top speed tho...lol..
