Rv hail damage even under a car port. Front of house has hail  damage as well. Will look at vehicles tomorrow in daylight. So far about 4 inches of rain and more coming.  Reported baseball size hail but the largest I seen was about golf ball size. The wind blew hard enough to turn my cycle trailer sideways and across the driveway.

The scooters are safe and sound so tomorrow is another day.

Oh shoot Kansas!
Man, that is a monster rain and hail.
Sorry for your trouble. Kansas = scary weather.
The third day home from Vietnam at my parents house at AFB in Topeka....tornado siren on base went off in the middle of the night. I hit the floor  and couldn't find my helmet or aid bag...while trying to remember where the bunkers were on this strange compound.

Hope things aren't looking too bad come daylight.

oh, boy, hope you came through the storm OK! I know how bad those storms can be..good thing for insurance! Golf ball sized hail usually means new roof and siding around here, along with major vehicle damage.

We have strong storms blowing across Iowa today...probably remnants of what hit you last night..but no hail in the forecast. I still need a new roof from a bad hail storm last summer..

Let us know how you made out..

Have some damage but that is what insurance is for although the deductible is significant on multiple items.

Thank  God for trees, my giant oak saved the two vehicles in the driveway from any damage. We had 4.25 inches of rain in 3 hours in my rain gauge although the top was busted by hail.

Texas actually exceeds Kansas in storms and tornados but Kansas is #2

Iahawk- I had impact resistant shingles installed 2 years ago so I think the roof is ok, will have it checked out. If you need a new roof the impact resistant  shingles will pay for themselves in insurance discount in 7 to 9 years. It could of been a lot worse so counting my blessings.

Cheered to hear you and yours reasonably OK!  My few years in KS & MO in the early 60's recall very few really bad storms in spite of Dorothy and Toto. Reall bad ones here in TN and surrounding states since and getting worse.

My house was built in 1929 so been through a few storms. Everywhere you live can have issues of some sort.  Even paradise (Hawaii ) has volcanoes.
