ripping along at just below the speed of light.....and 5,050~RPM.

It just warmed up last week here and the teenagers on Chinese scooters are out wearing flip flops, shorts and a tank top.  They didn't even have eye protection which is mandatory here, don't know if that applies to mopeds?
