Dear LIKErs,
reached 50.000 km on my Like yesterday. So we know it's at least possible to reach this treshold with our rides. Even with an motor, which hadn't seen much of care, like warming up, or regular oil changes.
Happy and safe scootering, Ruffus

That's pretty cool,  Ruffus!
This one was the "running" one when you bought it, yes?
The engine in the other one you bought  was kaput - yes?
No, wait!
You have two running Like200i's - don't you.
You bought a blue and white, a red....and a white....

You have THREE?!
I've lost count!
Anyway - how many km's did this scooter have when you bought it?

Over 31,000 miles!!
Good to know!

@Stig, yes that one (once white) was running/limping, so it needed a little bit of adjustment. It had 47.400 km on the clock, september 2020, when I got it.
(injection, variator, gear, clutch, brakes, etc.were to be renewed)
And was mingled with RED bodyparts from the NON running one.

The BLUE/WHITE LX was just pepped up with some variator parts, injector, gear service, and so on.
But it's basically original. Has now 45.100km on it.

Now the third one, NON running, which I canibalized and use as a part store (refurb parts, like starter motor, brakes, body parts, back in the storage). Comes in handy if you need a special nut or bolt.
I know it's a little bit weird, but pension, climatized workshop, scooterlift, this all seduces to tinker.

How much/long do you typically warm up your scoots, Ruffus?
2014 BV 350  "IndiGO" (fast, strong and tireless)
2006 Honda Rebel 250  "Snow Leopard" (stealthy, agile and durable)
2018 Lance Cali Classic 200i  "Black Panther" (smooth, nimble, quiet and quick)
2016 Wolf V-50 (sold)

Wanted a Kymco, ended up w a Lance, but that forum is inactive, so I am here

I'm guessing you don't take much in the way of seduction Ruffus?  As an old pal used to say, "the best way to deal with temptation is just to give into it!"

@MB, the RED/WHITE one is easy, has an oil-thermometer installed. From 70°C oil temp I don't have mercy. This is approxymately after 3 - 4 kilometers.
The BLUE/WHITE LX, I drive the same distance and then happens sometimes WOT.
But 90 % of my riding is mid range revvs. About 60-70 km/h. I'm not fond of idling until warmed up, for several reasons.
