How to remove Tiller Cover of Kymco Agility Mobility Scooter
« on: September 27, 2021, 01:52:49 PM »
Hi all, after removing all the screws and those plastic insert around the Tiller Cover I still could not remove the Cover to mend the fuse. Am I missing some thing. Is there a sequence to remove the cover. Please help me. Thanks.

Don't have one like yours BUT if yours is like the Kymco scooters the plastic fits together tightly with barbed tabs in slots. The handlebar covers on the scoots basically squeeze the bottom in and fingernail pull the top out at the easiest end to start. These tabs are usually 2 to 3 inches apart.

Let us know how it turns out. I would install a fuseholder that can be serviced without removing body parts!
