If only! You'd first have to find a Kymco dealer. I don't know of any in Canada, for example. Overseas Kymco dealers will take your money these days, but don't deliver, citing "back-order" issues. There appear to be sources in Poland and Germany online, but customer service is marginal (how to order from a Polish vendor, for example). Then you also need an adapter for the OBD-2 connection.
Regardless, this appears to be useful information for hard-core enthusiasts! Keep us informed if you actually succeed in placing an order.
