First if you haven't already done so, go to "Profile" and fill out the location line. Trust me, not filling it out only makes it slightly more difficult to find out where you are located. As a former computer hacker I promise that you can not hide on the internet. Well, at least not that easily. Besides, you might meet a new friend in your neighborhood.
Two, when asking for help give as much information as you can. What is the problem and be
specific, what have you tried to fix it. Under what conditions does it happen. Otherwise we're shooting in the dark. There's no such thing as to much information.
