2019 UXV 700 Parts
« on: March 10, 2022, 02:19:29 PM »
Hi All,
Trying to locate a starter and a few other parts for a 2019 UXV 700. Dealer seems to have long back orders and wait times. Any ideas where to look online? Is the Kymco 700cc motor a clone that I could use other manufacturer parts for?
Thanks for any help.

Okay, the UXV 700 starter part number is 31210-LKM5-E0A. It is on indefinite back order from Kymco. Retail is about $150.00. The only place I can find it is from Taiwan for $300 and it will not arrive until late May...... ::)   The search continues...

Trying to find a local shop that rebuilds starters and give them a call. Very possible they may be able to fix it up for you at a better price. No, they are not a clone, they are a major manufacture in the world. They manufacture for Arctic Cat, Kawasaki, BMW and possibly others too! I am not sure if the single 700 is used in anything else but the Kymco MXU700. There is a 700cc twin cylinder that they make for Arctic Cat but I am not sure the starter is the same. They also make evry drive train/engine combination for Arctic Cat 500 and down atv/utv the last I checked.

That is a good idea, I have a small speciality shop near me where the guy specializes in rebuilding stuff like that.  He does a lot of work for antique car guys and industrial rebuild when no one else can. He rebuilt a boat generator for me when everyone else said it couldnt be done!!  Look for some one in your area or mabey even ship it out to some one that can rebuild starters/ generators
