NSR COVID hit businesses
« on: April 01, 2022, 03:51:30 PM »
During the pandemic Krogers closed two stores...
This is what has become of one of them.
Kettering Health put a new skin on it....and it is hiring more workers than Krogers had there.

Meanwhile this past winter and spring that whole side of the street over there has turned vacant buildings into new shops.

Just watched those guys pour 50 yards of sidewalk.
man I tell you I'm too old to do that kind of work, all five of them were down on their hands and knees.....while the boss fussed over them.....and the guy in the truck dumped it while eating a tuna sandwich and drinking a Chocola.
Cold and windy...was sleeting awhile ago..

The Krogers in our area are naked on their shelves!!  Hardly any stock at all, however....the Meijers and Walmart seem to have their shelves fairly full.  And Kroger prices are going up much faster then the other stores in our area.  Not hard to see which stores are trying to gouge us in these tough times!

Our Kroger (Dillons here) closed one of their two stores. They are understaffed and the Deli/ bakery dept is only open half day because of staffing issues.  I hope everyone that voted for these idiots in charge enjoys these high prices for food and fuel,  it's only going to get worse.
In parts 200S and Grand Vista and my motorcycles 2 CS BMW'S and one GS BMW.

Sold-32 Kymco scooters of various sizes this summer.

Huh - your local Kroger has elected managers? Or was this a misplaced political comment?

I haven't seen anything like a bare shelf anywhere. If any grocery stores are claiming shortages they are most certainly manufacturing them. I can buy anything, anytime.
