I think the point is missed, at least a little bit. The Noodoe app doesn't have any weather, it's just a display for your phone info. But I get it that Noodoe doesn't enhance what is already on your phone. I've never had a weather display on any bike I've owned anyway so no loss there. My GW did have a clock but no temp display. My ST1100 was the same. The only time I really need to see the temp is while riding in very cold temps but no motorcycle temp sensor that I've had or known about shows any temp below +14 F, which is where I am riding during cold season, so I'm used to bringing my own temp sensor that can show down to -54 F even though I don't ride when it's quite that cold. I normally only show the clock unless I am using the navigation. And even then I'll sometimes just show the clock since the nav talks to me.
As to Navigation. Noodoe is a very simplified display for that. UNLIKE Garmin or even Google Maps the road ahead is not displayed. I find it so much quicker to see what I want on Noodoe navigation than any other dedicated GPS or even Google Maps for that reason (I used to use Google Maps navigation on my Burgman). I do see how far to the next waypoint or turn or other feature relative to navigating (a nano second to see), and if within a mile of a turn Noodoe tells me over my headset but doesn't show it yet, and about 1/2 miles away it does tell and show it. Otherwise, there's not much graphics to look at so no distraction there. One of the things I like about it.
