NJSR - Carpe Diem

This one hit me😊 For thought.
The day has barely started and it’s already 10pm.
Monday just started and it’s already Wednesday.
... and the month is already over.
... and the year is almost over.
... and already 40, 50 or 60 years of our lives have passed.
... and we realize that we lost our parents, our friends,
and we realize it's too late to go back ..
So... In spite of everything, let's try to enjoy the time we have left.
Let's keep looking for activities that we enjoy..
Let's add some color to the grey..
Let us smile at the little things in life that heal our hearts.
And in spite of it all, we must continue to enjoy the time we have left. Let's try to eliminate the so-called "after"..
I'll do it later..
I will say that after..
I'll think about it later..
We postpone everything for later, as if "after" is something we own.
Because what we don't understand is that:
Afterwards the coffee gets cold ..
afterwards, priorities change. . .
Afterwards the charm is broken..
afterwards the health is bad ..
Afterwards the children are grown ..
Afterwards the parents get old..
Afterwards the promises are forgotten..
afterwards the day turns into night..
after that life ends ..
And then it's often too late....
So... Let's not put anything off for later..
Because we postpone everything we can lose the best moments, the best experiences ever, best friends, the best family ever ..
Today is the day... The moment is now... 🧡
We are no longer at an age where we can afford to postpone what needs to be done immediately.
Think about this very hard..
or maybe you will postpone it again.. ? ? for later "...
And suddenly it's too late...
Carpe Diem ??
Regards & ride safe,
Neil
