Joe drove his art car* in for coffee at Dino's this morning.
He showed me on his phone the current state of his nice '07 Honda Reflex.
It's down to the frame!
Fuel pump died the other day on his way in to Dino's for coffee. (he only lives about 4 blocks away...so, not a long push home!
He said getting to the fuel pump was a bear....part is ordered($40) just hopes he can get all the panels back on.
I said, "maybe - don't try to do it during this cold snap we're getting. Those panels are too easy to break in the cold!"
He said, "too late!, yeah - already broke the tail piece!"
I shared with him that the local Honda Superstore broke two tail pieces trying to replace my Forza's fuel pump!
Good to see him again - with covid about - he is a rare sight these days.
Street fair is back tomorrow!
Marking the street off for the booths & village police putting up no parking after 5 pm today, signs. On a warm day several thousand attend - tomorrow it will be 31°F at the start!
Back in my town - kids putting up scare crows in the park and decorating pavement with a chalk fair contest.
My fav. kind of sunrise on my ride home (behind the clouds!)
