Just watched the new All Quiet on the Western Front, Netflix. The end of WWI is where we get our 11AM on November 11, of course.
Many of my contemporaries are glad they added these 7* figures to the Wall in D.C.

Yes, we've just had our national 2 minutes silence at 11 this morning, to be followed by the Sunday morning ceremonies at the Cenotaph in London and other countless Village Greens around the UK.
