You let those forest rats run faster than you?

Nice of them to pause long enough for the photo op. But that is too close for comfort when riding at any speed on 2 wheels. BTDT

Full moon rising* in the west in the mornings these days. Bambi very active during such good lighting...unless dense overcast...

*Moon is actually 54 minutes later each day so for a given time of day like Stig's 0500 ride, the moon would appear higher in the western sky each morning he would be heading for coffee.

Yep, Bad Moon was CCR...now THAT song is stuck in my head....Har, har!
Saw more than one armored vehicle in Vietnam wearing Bad Moon painted by the crew.
Specifically remember nearly getting T- boned by some kind of armored thing with huge big tires, "Bad Moon" in big white letters hand painted on the side.
My last few days in 'Nam after turning in my gear I volunteered to make the mail run between the Evac Hosp and the airstrip. (AirForce had a cold Coke machine!)
Road was unsecured, supposedly cleared of mines every moring by the S. Vietnamese army. So everybody drove WOT , because we knew better.
Those big APC's don't  yield to anyone at intersections 🙂
Lesson learned.
That's when I learned to drive....nothing but motorcycles before that.
