So I took the cover off where the kick starter and belt are located located and cleaned it. Removed the return spring off the spindle but not the spindle itself and the kick starter driven gear, lubed them and put it back together. The kick starter driven gear is fully down and moves with the spindle but then comes unseated and will just raise up even with the friction spring on. No idea what to do any suggestions?
