Custom Prima Exhaust for the s200
« on: January 30, 2011, 02:12:38 AM »
Okay, so I've had my s200 for just under a year and I'm trading up to a Xciting 500 (picking up next weekend).  So I have this custom exhaust for the S200 that has at most 500 miles and kept clean after every run.  I'm checking to see if someone might be interested in this piece.  Now, it's the only mod I've done to my scooter and have been able to easily keep up with 2stroke 150cc scooters.  Once I pick up my new ride, I'll be removing the custom exhaust and will post it in the forsale section.  If anyone has any questions, needs more pictures, or information on it, please ask.  This exhaust is the same unit found on the Buddy BlackJack 150, not to mention the sound is identical.

Don't you need to upjet and change the air?

I didn't have to change anything else on it.  I was definitely able to feel a good difference between the stock pipe and the aftermarket.  No change in jets, adjusting of the air/fuel mixture, or messing with the airbox/intake.  The guy who helped with the custom pipe was Mike at El Torreon Cycle in Kansas City.  He builds and races vintage scooters, been doing it for quite a few years.  He looked over whatever might need tuned, but said it was running exactly how it should with just a change in the pipe.
