July in Ohio is grilling time!
I sit on the back porch and try not to set fire to the meats, or the fence, or one of my daughter's veggie burgers....and enjoy my new discovery, "MIKE'S Hard Lemonade" (I don't do beer. Never have. And prefer small scooters. All very un-American)
A few years ago we had a simple dinner , al fresco, in St Petersburg, FL. Daughter and I ordered the 'garden burger', which was a large grilled portabella mushroom 'burger'!
It was amazing!
Now I look for these at our local grocers. Paint them with melted butter and a little garlic!

I have a school mate whose family was stationed in Sweden (or Norway??) in the 70's. He said their diet consisted of fish, fish, maybe some shrimp.
