DTX 360 New Front Boot
« on: May 17, 2024, 03:01:45 PM »
Finally got around to matching the front to the rear yesterday when my mobile tyre fitter came to instal the new Anlas Winter Grip 2.  Front & Rear now match and the scooter handles like it's on rails!  £66 for the tyre and £30 for fitting which I thought very fair.

I think it looks the semi-off road part?

Regards & ride safe,
Neil

I believe this is one of your countrymen - on a set of Anlas. (found on advrider)

There is a 2nd video of this incident - but, since it is a helmet cam - it has a bit of language. Understandably.

You look all set for getting rowdy in the dirt with your Kymco. (?)

Envious of your mobile tyre fitter!

Good photos!

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

I know!  I do appreciate the fact that I can get my tyres fitted on my own drive.

Not tried them in the wet yet Stig, but one thing I have noticed is that, compared to the OEM CSTs, the steering is now noticeably slower.  It doesn't tip into bends quite so quickly, but TBH that suits my riding style better, I prefer to sweep in and out - I'll leave the nip n tuck to the young 'uns.  Grip so far is certainly up there with the benchmark Michelin City Grip 2s.
