2010 Burgman 400 which has sat for 2 years after the old fellow died. He had it serviced every season.
Being offered to me via my daughter - who found it in the ladies garage, and asked about it. Lady wants to sell it. asking $2500. Lady likes the idea that I am a senior and own scooters and would appreciate it.
Having my daughter (her crew painting the woman's house) will check on mileage and if it starts - is that battery tender plugged in?!
I'm not interested in getting a scooter back on the road - but if it just needs some freshening - that's a different story. I did like my 2014 Burgman - great headlights for my night riding - and smooth as a Buick over crap roads!
BTW: still encouraging Joe to keep his Reflex. It has a "sometimes" fuel pump - Reflex common problem and defied him for 3 yrs now. Not an issue for him from 5 blocks away. Me? Too old to push it miles back to Springfield on a 20°F pre-dawn! Sorry - I need bullet proof!
My days of crawling around on the garage floor sorting a "problem" scooter - passed 10 yrs ago. Clean them, wax them, service them, no problem. I'm not Hawk! I tend to fall asleep out there on the floor......if oil takes too long to empty.
Interesting looking Burgman!
