Rear Brake line/wire life span?

Anyone had their rear brake line fail on the Agility 125?
I've adjusted the rear brake 2 times in last 2-3 days and it needs adjusting again so I'm suspecting
the line might be failing. Anyone else killed his?

Or maybe it's the brake pads?
