DrPulley clutch

Yager 200i, The best clutch you can buy is the DrPulley HiT clutch. I just put one in my 2007 Yamaha Majesty 400. The original clutch on the Yamahas are pretty much junk when they are new and just keep getting worse. You can adjust the point at where they start to engage and you can also adjust the point at which they fully lock up solid. It's all done with different sets of springs. They give you an additional 3 different sets of springs of differing tension. You install the springs that give the results your looking for. The price on mine was $370.00 and worth every penny of it. One for our Yagers should be around $260.00 or so. I'm not sure. Go to the buggypartsnw.com website and contact them about it. When it locks up it is direct and solid and fully adjustable.

Yeah, I've been looking at the Dr. Pulley HiT clutch, but I'm not sure how to go about ordering it... is it by outer clutch bell diameter? Engine output? Shaft size?

I see clutches advertised by engine cubic centimeters, but with the off-sized output (175cc) of our engine, I'm not sure if I should go with the 150cc or the 200+cc clutch. If possible, I'd like to get a clutch designed for a larger output engine (300cc), as it'd give a longer service life.

You need to call them and ask if there is a unit made for the Yager.
