I take the wheel off of mine and take it to a shop which changes the tire for me. To do it you'll need a nice big half inch breaker bar and socket to fit the rear axle nut. Also the usual metric sockets and extensions. A metric allen wrench to fit the exaust clamp.
The rear axle nut is on extremely tight on most of these. I had to lock the rear brake with the parking brake with scooter on side stand -- then actually stand on and jump on the breaker bar to get the nut broke loose.
You'll need to remove the seat and under seat box in order to swing the shock absorber up out of the way. Once the under seat box is loose, lift it partially and unplug the connector to the phone charger. I had a heck of a time doing that -- used a little jewler's screwdriver. Someone might know if there's an easier way to disconnect it -- I don't. The courtesy light will just pull out the back of it's place, bulb, wires and all so no need to unplug it's connector.
Edit: Come to think of it, you may not need to disconnect either of those. Just take out all screws and nuts holding the underseat box and you should be able to swing the shock up. Just push the box up with the shock and let it stay like that while you get the wheel off.
