Yes, the Yager GT 200i will hit 70 mph. I did a hard break-in, and at 200 miles, it looks like it's already broken in, because the engine smoothed out, and there's no trace of wear material in the oil.
I take it up to about 72 on the highways here. That's about all I can get out of it, mostly because the wind is blowing hard against me off the coast. The engine is running at about 7800 rpm. On a still day (have yet to experience one), it should get a few mph more.
On a slight downslope on part of the ride, I can hit 77 mph, but the engine is hitting 8500 rpm (above the redline).
