If any one is interested, here is a cheap way to carry a hot or cold drink under the seat of most scooters, it doesn't require drilling and you have your choice of location. At most auto parts stores you can find the Bell brand drink holder that was made to hook on a car door edge-look for the one that has a wide (1") back support, and that completely encircles the drink holding surface (ring). now cut the curved hook part off (top portion). Now go to Home depot and purchase a package of the gray color Super velcro with adheasive back- this is the really crude looking velcro, each piece is about 1/4" thick and 1" wide and 3" long. Set the drink holder in a spot you like, preferably with the botton touching the bottom of the storgae area and the wide back support touching the side, front or back of the storage area. Now put a strip of the fuzzy velcro onto the side storage area, and a piece of the rough velcro onto the back cup holder support. I had a long enough back suppot strap on the cup holder to use (2) strips of velcro-one above the other. The adheasive is very aggressive and will not let go, even when the storage area is hot from engine heat. And you have enough extra velcro to mount other things (like a cell phone holder,etc.). I have had and used mine for a couple of months now and no problems, and I get a coffee every morning. Also if you carry a tall hot or cold drink-set the drink in a quart bag, then into the holder under the seat to prevent any spliis from a leaky top. Every thing cost me about $6:00 total
