I like MHR or Moped Hospital Racing http://www.mhr-usa.com/. They are located in Key West, FL. Other sites are http://www.scooterworks.com/ and http://www.provoscooter.com/

You may be able to find parts cheaper somewhere else but these sites have a good rep on here :)
