Bike Cover
« on: June 14, 2011, 08:42:58 PM »
I am without a garage and I do not like the cover.  I am considering a tent in my yard.  Has anyone else used a tent?  Where did you get it?  What size?  Other info?

Cant see why a tent wouldnt work, will take up a lot of space in your garden tho. May be awkward getting in and out unless it a pretty large tent, my wife would go mental :D

You prob need put a hardboard or ply floor down inside too or the stand may rip it.

I will have a look through some magazines from last year, I saw a tent specifically for bikes. You park your bike on it then zip itup and lock it with your valuables inside. Not 100% secure, but should be ok for what you are after.

Just had a quick look on google, found this one. Not what I was looking for, but the same idea.
