Not working, fuse looks ok, what's next?

You need to use a resistance checker to test a fuse.
Or just replace it with a new one.

If the fuse is ok, then a wire/electrical connection may be broken or the choke may be bad. A voltmeter is useful.
 There should be a resistance check for the choke.

If you don't have a digital multimeter, you should buy one.
Sears has one on sale usually for about $15.  It is rugged.

Thanks MaryK, I don't have a multimeter but may need to get one. In the meantime I'll replace the fuse.
