G'day Freerider, you can balance your wheels yourself. With mine I got some weights from a tyre place, when I took my front wheel off I used the axle to mount the wheel on a pair of jack stands, then spun the wheel and allowed it to come to a stop by itself. If the same point stopped at the bottom each time, that is the heavier spot, so place a weight on the opposite side and spin again, if the wheel stops at different points each time, then the wheel is balanced. With the rear wheel, I bought two small bearings to put into the spline, then put a small shaft through to support the wheel on the jack stands and do the same. The weights I got from the tyre place were 5 and 10 gram weights. You can also use dyna beads which go inside the tyre and balance the wheel as you ride. There are also gel versions.
