1 year anniversary

1 year of riding -- 4847 miles! No accidents, drops, injuries or (speeding) tickets! Scooterversary ... yup, that sounded better in my head.

Happy one year anniversary.  I guess you're doing the right thing.  How is it running since you had it fixed.  I'll try to bring mine in this week.

Congrats. Your yearly mileage is similar to mine before I bought a car.
Now I do 25 % less.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. Survived one year of riding, and now an East coast earthquake and hurricane (Irene) all in last two weeks.

The scooters been riding great since I've gotten her back from the dealer, and even better after I changed the oil. She's in the garaged under a tarp to weather the hurricane (we have a detached 2 car garage with no foundation - dirt floor and rocks). I park the scooter on a thick solid wood door that keeps if off the ground and out of any flooding waters from heavy rain.

Looking forward for a drive into Philly tomorrow if my the university where I teach isn't closed.
